Future Presence II: The Unanswered Question by Charles Ives, performed by 10 musicians from the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. Recorded at Elisabethkirche in Berlin-Mitte, this project explored the interplay of space, silence, and musical dialogue, pushing the boundaries of immersive audio. By capturing the spatial dynamics of Ives’ composition, we deepened our approach to 6-DoF sound, allowing listeners to experience the haunting call-and-response structure as if moving through the performance itself.
